My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were large, clean, modern, and comfortable with good storage space. The kids club was a safe and fun area for my daughter to play, and the staff there were incredibly nice. The service was always friendly, helpful, and very upbeat. The location near the Bali Collection open mall and the vibes throughout the resort were amazing. The dining experience offered delicious options, especially the local dishes. I enjoyed the well-maintained facilities, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel offers lovely views of their lush green garden from the rooms, which are serviced to a very high standard and include all the usual amenities and free Wi-Fi. The rooms also feature a good size veranda for excellent amenities.
The hotel is in a prime location near the Bali Collection, with beautiful gardens right on the beach. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and safe for families, but the dining experience can be a bit simple. The staff is very friendly and always available for assistance, providing an excellent service overall.
The hotel rooms were nice and clean, but were a bit tired and very small. We could hear a baby or young child crying most of the night from the next room, which was a bit disruptive. However, the rooms were serviced twice a day, which was a nice touch.

The staff is exceptionally kind and thoughtful, especially towards children. The location is excellent, providing easy access to food and shopping, as well as nearby discounted dining options at the Westin and Laguna resorts.
